The first GPS truck sat nav system in the UK
Snooper has designed the first GPS truck sat nav software in the UK, compatible with the Snooper Syrius S2000 Proline with Truckmate. The first portable satellite navigation device to be designed specifically for trucks and other large commercial vehicles such as coaches, buses and HGVS. The GPS truck sat nav system calculates routes based on the size of the vehicle you are in as well as the type, height and weight of the load on board. The press is littered with stories of trucks getting stuck in fields, damaging bridges and even people’s homes as their in-car satellite navigation system takes them down inappropriate routes. Snooper’s GPS truck sat nav software, Truckmate, will calculate genuine truck friendly routes avoiding low bridges, narrow and weight restricted roads as well as advising on other potential hazards such as strong side winds, risk of grounding and steep hills. Snooper’s truck sat nav system, Truckmate also includes a list of dedicated truck POIs so that drivers can navigate to petrol stations with truck specific diesel pumps and other truck related facilities.
Truckmate is GPS truck software for sat nav systems, compatible with the Snooper S2000 Syrius PROLINE satellite navigation system. The Syrius S2000 is the world’s first satellite navigation system to combine speed camera detector technology with TMC traffic information and satellite navigation. TRUCKMATE sat nav software is an optional addition to this GPS satellite navigation system, making it the ideal system for commercial vehicle drivers.
