Once you have ordered your kit, a member of our team will contact you within 3 working hours to confirm your booking and arrange your installation. To ensure we provide an efficient and reliable service, our team will confirm your vehicle details, installation address, preferred date of installation and equipment to be installed.
- Pre-installation vehicle inspection
On arrival and before commencing the installation our engineer will perform a thorough check of the vehicle's electrical systems and confirm the placement of the new equipment with you. The engineer will ask you to sign a disclaimer confirming that you are satisfied with the pre-installation checks.
- Equipment installation
The Hands Free Company install to the latest MPT standards and always use experienced, qualified engineers insured to work on your vehicles.
